Job Vacancy: Call Center Executive
We are hiring 11 people (6 male and 5 female) for the position of Call Center Executive.
Work Location:
Uttara, Dhaka (Jasimuddin area)
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary:
Negotiable / Starting from 16,500 to 18,500 per month (including performance bonus)
Qualifications:

Minimum education: SSC / HSC / Bachelor / Dakhil / Hafezi

Must speak clear Bangla and be hardworking
Job Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing calls

Provide customer service and information

Solve customer complaints and issues

Prepare reports when needed
