About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager-Audit (Factory) with extensive experience in the Knitwear Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will oversee all factory audit processes, ensure compliance with SOPs, and maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage factory audits across departments.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, financial regulations, and company policies.

Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and process risks.

Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Coordinate with production, HR, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Maintain professional and effective communication in English.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Education: M.Com in Accounting.

Professional Certification: CA-CC completed.

Experience: 10-12 years in managerial roles within Knitwear / Garments Manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of factory operations, audits, SOP implementation, and risk management.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
