IT Next Digital is looking for a few Customer Care Executive (Male)Job Responsibility:=============================-Facebook page Management and client handling to handle incoming calls from customers.-Need give outgoing calls to the customers.-Need to provide service via Live chat with customers.-Need to provide excellent customer service, ensure customers satisfaction.-Need to provide service to all customers politely with a positive attitude & professionalism.-Ability to explain product/process/information.-Processing orders and customer data uploaded on (Google drive) Excel file.-Regular Daily Activity reporting to Management.-Any assigned work from management. Employment Status:=============================Full – Time Educational Requirements:=============================Minimum HSC / Diploma Additional Requirements:=============================Must Fluent to Computer Typing Bangla & English must know Basic Computer MS Word, Excel, and Internet Browsing.
